Party Policy

ARA allows parties for both members and non members, subject to the below regulations.

For Members

The following policy governing member group parties is set by the Association Board of Directors.

•    Application for party must be received a minimum of 5 days in advance of business-hours parties and 10 days in advance of after-hours parties.
•    Business-hours functions are limited to a maximum of three hours in the Pavilion.
•    Pavilion party availability:  11 am – 2 pm (Mon-Sat); 2 pm – 5 pm (Mon-Sun); 5 pm – 8 pm (Mon-Sun)

•      The following rate is for business-hours parties---  $2.00 per non-member swimmer.
•    After-hours functions are limited to a maximum of three hours or 11:00 PM.
•     ARA will provide a manager and 1 lifeguard per 25 swimmers.  The member may make staff request.
•      The following rates are for after-hours parties---- $3.50 per non-member swimmer & $13.00 per hour for each Manager and $10.50 and hour for each Lifeguard.  These fees are paid directly to ARA.

•      The number of persons in attendance may dictate the permitted hours of usage.
•      Party area (Pavilion) must be cleaned, including the gas grill, if used. The grill may be utilized; grill utensils are available in the Snack Bar.
•      The pool concession will be closed during after-hours functions.
•      NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED!
•      Any person under age 18 without a parent present must have an emergency form on file before entry is granted.  Member will provide forms to ARA at reservation.
•      All pool rules must be obeyed. Failure to follow pool rules or staff directions may result in immediate removal from pool grounds with no refund.

For Non-Members 

The following policy governing non-member group parties is set by the Association Board of Directors.

-         Application for party must be received a minimum of 10 days in advance of event.

-     Business-hours functions are limited to a maximum of three hours in the Pavilion.

-     Pavilion party availability:  11 am – 2 pm (Mon-Sat)

                                                          2 pm – 5 pm (Mon-Sun)

                                                          5 pm – 8 pm (Mon-Sun)

-         After-hours functions are limited to a maximum of three hours or 11:00 PM.

-     The following rates are for business-hours and after-hours parties.

-         $5.00 per person over two years of age and the applicable facility rental fee below.

-         Facility Rental Fee:

-        20 persons and under                     $ 75.00

-        50 persons and under                     $100.00

-        75 persons and under                     $200.00

-        100 persons and under                   $250.00

-        The number of persons may dictate the permitted hours of usage.

-        Party area (Pavilion) must be cleaned, including the gas grill, if used. The grill may be utilized, but ARA does not furnish utensils or other related equipment.

-        Security deposit of $150.00 cash due with the application.  The balance is due upon arrival at the party. A $50.00 clean-up fee may be withheld from the security deposit if additional clean-up is required by pool staff at the discretion of ARA management.

-        Renter will provide security acceptable to corporation.  This may include paid security at no cost to the Association.

-        The pool concession will be closed during after-hours functions.
