HIRING CRITERIA

Some positions are age-specific. For instance, ARA may need a certain number of workers who are sixteen for a specific position in order to be able to have adequate staffing. In addition, the association hires new employees based on their experience, references, interview, background check, and in some cases, the date the application was received.

Former employees will be considered for rehire based upon their previous performance (including performance evaluations), board recommendations, meeting any application deadline, and in some cases, the date the application was received.
