Pool Usage Policy

If you are a non-member employee of ARA, then one of your benefits is a Seasonal Membership! For the duration of your employment you have full use of the facilities at no charge. In addition, you may bring your friends and family members as long as you pay the appropriate guest fee.
 
Employees may not use the pool or grounds for profit - meaning they may not work for anyone other than ARA, unless specifically permitted by the Board of Directors. Only employees hired as WSIs by ARA may privately contract with individuals for the teaching of swim lessons, stroke improvement, etc. on ARA property.


Evaluations

All ARA employees will receive performance evaluations. Not only does this increase the value of the employee to the association, but for many whose employment by ARA is their first job it introduces them to real world expectations in the workplace and enables ARA to provide a well-rounded job reference when you seek employment in the future.
